English: Corn Stalk Microcrystalline Cellulose is a white or off-white, odorless, tasteless crystalline powder produced from natural corn stalks through alkali treatment to remove hemicellulose and lignin, followed by dilute acid hydrolysis to the limit degree of polymerization. This product is a linear polysaccharide substance composed of β-1,4-glucosidic bonds, featuring a porous short-rod or powder structure with particle size of approximately 20-80μm and limit degree of polymerization of 15-375.
